Khushi Kapoor’s draped chainmail-inspired gown is from Vivienne Westwood’s 2022 bridal collection

Between film promotions, the style of Khushi Kapoor was adapted to his characters on the screen. Earlier this year, Khushi Kapoor opted for a range of loop outfits, paying a subtle reference to dressing for his film Loveyapa. For his film Nadaaniyan, Kapoor delivered a preppy-chic crisis chain which went from mini skirts to timeless twinning of jeans and stilettos. Kapoor’s last outing, however, brings its affinity for flattering and openly female dresses in the foreground. Styled by friend Patel, the outing included a golden chain cushion dress from the Vivien Westwood bridal seam collection in 2022.

Entitled “Aphrodite”, the draped creation is inspired by the old Greek statues, given its fluid but structured quality. The Corsicans with a subtle boning covered with a hood neck, bare shoulder sleeves and thigh -up slots gave the cushion material conventionally a more refined assembly.
While the pioneering use of Gianni Versace of the provocation embodied the provocation – of the manufacturing dresses which flatter themselves and express themselves – Vivienne Westwood, which designed her own wedding dress in 1962, approached the material with a more modest and more modest sensitivity. Unlike all the other pieces in the wedding collection that succumb to the world of whites, Aphrodite stands out both in terms of shade and sensation.
For accessories, she went with a mini Lady Dior and pieces from the Trinity Signature collection from Cartier with their new designs inspired by fauna. This metal interpretation in Evening Wear mesh is a favorite from Kapoor’s sister. In September of last year, Janvi Kapoor opted for a Gaurav Gupta golden mesh dress associated with a BVLGARI High jewelry collar, too.
