Leave India in 48 hours, Pakistanis should take action in response to Pahalgam attack, know what order

India’s Actions in Response to Pahalgam Attack: Announcing several major steps a day after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, the Central Government said on Wednesday that Pakistani citizens will not be allowed to visit India under the SAARC (South Asian Regional Cooperation Organization) Visa Rebate Scheme. Any Pakistani living in India on such visa will also have to leave the country within 48 hours.
Who decided
After the meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS), the highest organization that took a decision on security matters under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said that the CCS was informed about the attack and it was told about its cross -border relations. It was noted that the attack took place in view of the success of Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir and continuous progress towards the economic development and development of the Union Territory.

48 hours to leave India
Misri said that CCS has also appreciated the support and solidarity expressed by governments around the world for India. Also said that it shows “zero tolerance towards terrorism”. Announcing the decisions taken in the CCS meeting, the Foreign Secretary said, “Pakistani citizens will not be allowed to travel to India under the SAARC Visa Rebate Scheme (SVES) Visa. Pakistani citizens will be considered canceled any SVES visa issued in the past. 48 hours to leave India with any Pakistani citizen present in India under SVES visa.
Under the SAARC Visa Rebate Scheme, a special travel document is issued to dignitaries of some categories. This special means gives them exemption from the requirement of visas and other travel documents. Currently, there are 24 categories of people in the list, including dignitaries, high court judges, MPs, senior officers, businessmen, journalists and players.

On Indus Water Treaty
Misri also said that the Indus Water Treaty of 1960 would be suspended with immediate effect until “Pakistan does not relinquish its support for cross -border terrorism” and the integrated check post in the attic will be shut down with immediate effect. Misri said, “Those who have crossed the border with legitimate approval can return from that route before May 1.”
Employees will be reduced in high yoga
Another major announcement was that defense/military, Navy and air advisors have been declared “individuals non-wild” at the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi and have been given a week’s time to leave India. New Delhi will also call back such advisors from the Indian High Commission in Islamabad. The Foreign Secretary said, “Five assistant employees of service advisors will also be recalled from both the High Commissions.” Similarly, by May 1, the total number of highways will be reduced from the current 55 to 30.
