Soybean- soaked in water overnight

Method of making tofu
Clean the soybean in water and soak it in a bowl and soak it. Leave it like this overnight. Remove water in the morning and put it in a grinder. Add a little water to it and blend it. Now filter this mixture in a clean cloth or sieve, so that all its liquid falls into the bowl. Now put it in a pan and keep it on the gas. Add 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice to it. Keep stirring continuously on low heat. When it dries, then put it in a cloth and filter it. Wrap the soybean mixture well in the cloth and squeeze it so that all the water comes out well. Put some heavy items on the bundle of this cloth so that it is set well. Pure tofu of the house is ready.
