Chennai Sukp Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has achieved a special place in the 62nd match of the Indian Premier League 2025 against Rajasthan Royals at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Dhoni became the fourth Indian batsman to hit 350 sixes in the shortest format of cricket. Prior to Dhoni, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav did this feat.

In the 16th over of the first innings, Dhoni hit a six off the ball of Ryan Parag and touched the 350 figure. This was his only six in the match. Dhoni scored 16 runs in 17 balls against Rajasthan. In this season, Dhoni has scored 196 runs with the help of 12 sixes at an average of 24.5 and a strike rate of 135.2. Dhoni has 264 sixes in the IPL and is behind Chris Gayle (357), Rohit (297) and Kohli (290).

For India, Rohit Sharma, who has the most six -hit sixes in T20 cricket, is named 542 sixes in 446 innings of 459 matches. After this, Virat Kohli is second in the list. Kohli has 434 sixes in 393 innings of 410 matches. Suryakumar Yadav is third in this list, named 368 sixes in 297 innings of 321 matches. Dhoni is now jointly fourth in the list with Sanju Samson.

Sanju Samson has achieved this position in this match. Sanju has become the fifth Indian batsman to hit 350 sixes. After this, KL Rahul is in the list, who has hit 331 sixes in T20 cricket. He is followed by Suresh Raina (325 sixes), Hardik Pandya (293 sixes), Shreyas Iyer (274 sixes), Robin Uthappa (267 sixes), Yuvraj Singh (261 sixes) and Dinesh Karthik (261 sixes).
