Omar Akmal has been out of international cricket for almost six years. The last time he was seen in Green Jersey in the year 2019. At present, he is also away from domestic cricket. The last time he was found attending the President’s Trophy Grade-I tournament in February 2024 on behalf of the Water and Power Development Authority. Currently, he is busy in Pakistan Super League 2025.
