Pooja Hegde channelled vintage glamour in a blue-and-gold Banarasi sari

Sometimes the less it’s more, and Pooja Hegde proved it with its latest look. Recently, she wore a light blue and gold sari by Anita Dongre and was photographed on a vintage backdrop.

The sari included Zari patterns in delicate gold which added a silent opulence without overwhelming the fabric. Woven in light and finished silk with acorns, the sari has teamed up well with a champagne -crushed blouse. Flash soft photography added to the charm of the old world.

Hegde also kept the minimal style: a low ponytail decorated with gold jadanagam, a few gold bracelets and no earrings or necklace, allowing the sari to take the stage. Its makeup was discreet – glamorous, a natural pink lip, a clean eyeliner and a tiny Bindi which echoes the subtle details of the look.
