The third factor is not to sleep properly or stay under stress. If you pay attention to these main factors and solve it, then there will be no obesity. With this, if you work towards eliminating these three factors, then obesity will definitely decrease.
Reduce obesity by controlling food
Dr. Srihari Anikindi says that if you eat unhealthy food. For example, we will eat such things that have high oil or fat, which is more fried, then these things will make more fat in the body and your weight will increase. In such a situation, leave these outside things pizza, burger, cheese, butter, packets, mutton etc. Alcohol and cigarette will also increase obesity. Leaving sugar can be the best way to reduce obesity. Now the question is what to eat. There is a simple way for this. Consume a lot of vegetables that come in the season. Complete your food half part with green vegetables and fresh fruits. After this, eat seeds, dry fruits etc. Eat whole grains such as simple rice, pulses, flour. Eat at least outside.
