Saif Ali Khan Knife Attack Forensic Report increases the problems of attacker with strong opposition to the deposit

In the case of a knife attack against the actor of Bollywood, Saif Ali Khan, the police opposed the deposit of the accused of Islam of Mohammad Sharul. Police told court that they had concrete evidence, in which the knife used in the attack and the pieces of knife recovered from the accused are the same. Police also argued that the accused is an illegal Bangladian citizen and risks making a bail.
Mumbai police opposed the bonding petition of the Bangladais citizen Mohammad Sharul Islam, who would have attacked the actor of Bollywood Saif Ali Khan with a knife in his residence in Mumbai in January of this year. Police said they had concrete evidence against the accused and, therefore, they appealed before the court not to bail him off. Police told court that the knife used in the attack and pieces of knife recovered from the accused were the same.

Citing the report of the Laboratory of Judicial Sciences, the police reiterated their previous complaint before the session court according to which a piece of knife near the actor’s spine and a piece of knife found on the crime site had twinned with a recovered weapon of the accused Sharif-ul-Islam. Police said on Thursday in a written response to the accused’s petition in court that these three documents were of the same knife that had been used to attack the actor.
Khan was attacked by a thief with a knife during an attempted theft in his 12th floor in Bandra on January 16. The actor (54 -Old) underwent surgery at Lilavati hospital to eliminate a piece of knife trapped near his spine during the attack. He was sent from a private hospital five days later. Bangladais Islam citizen was arrested two days later to attack Khan with a knife.

Police said in their response that the accused is a Bangladian citizen who lives illegally in India. If he obtains a deposit, it is likely that he escapes India and does not appear before the court during the trial. Police argued that the crime committed by the accused is very serious in nature and that there are solid evidence against him. In his surety advocacy placed through the lawyer Vipul Dushing, the accused said he was innocent and that he had no previous criminal records.
