Shubman Gill Run out Controversy: Out or Not Out? Shubman Gill raging on ‘wrong decision’, sharp debate with umpire
There has been a dispute over the dismissal of Shubman Gill in the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad on Friday at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. There is no opinion among the fans about whether the captain of Gujarat Titans was run out. The Gujarat captain himself believed that he was not-out under the rules. In such a situation, when he returned to the pavilion, he was seen arguing with the umpire. Gill was not happy with the decision of the field umpire and during this time it was clearly reflected from his face. Before returning to the pavilion, Gill was seen in a good rhythm and slowly heading towards his century.
After receiving the first batting invitation at their home ground, the pair of Sai Sudarshan and Shubman Gill gave the Gujarat Titans a fast start. The two shared an 87 -run partnership for the first wicket. After this, Sai Sudarshan returned to the pavilion after scoring 48 runs. Gill continued his attack and he moved forward with Jos Buttler. During this period, Gujarat scored 120 runs after 10 overs. This is the highest score of Gujarat after 10 overs in IPL.
