Sushaid Singh Rajput Case | Riya Chakraborty Notice to Riya Chakraborty in the case of the death of Sushant, the “ closure report ” of CBI will be answered
A first instance court published an opinion to actress Riya Chakraborty on the CBI closure report in the event of the death of the actor Susant Singh Rajput.In March, the Central Agency filed a closing report in the case, which concluded that it is a simple case of suicide.The report made before the magistrate Court of Mumbai is linked to the case filed by Chakraborty for having allegedly encouraged suicide against the Rajput Priyanka Singh and Meetu Singh and a doctor.

The Central Agency filed its “closing report” in the five -year affair before a court of first instance of the suburbs of Bandra in March. The case was then transferred to the Aspland court in the south of Mumbai, which hears CBI affairs.

The additional judicial magistrate, RD Chavan, who heard the case before the Aspland court, published an opinion on the complainant / victim of origin / (chakravarti) of the case earlier this month. Chakraborty filed a complaint against Rajput’s sisters and a doctor, alleging that he was responsible for his death. The next hearing of the case will take place on August 12.
The CBI presented a “closure report” after investigating the case. After hearing the parties concerned, the court must decide whether the report is accepted or if the agency must be sentenced to a more in -depth investigation. Rajput (34), from Bihar, was found dead in his apartment in Bandra on June 14, 2020.
