Sushating Singh Rajput as death: CBI presented a closure report in these two cases linked to the death of the actor, why was the business?
Almost five years after the death of the actor Sushazing Singh Rajput, the CBI closed two cases related to him. The CBI tabled separate closing reports on Sunday in cases related to the actor. A case is linked to the cash of the suicide recorded by his father and the second case is linked to the girlfriend of actor Riya Chakraborty, which he deposited against the Sisters of Suushage.
The CBI filed a closing report to Patna’s special court in the case submitted by Sussant’s father, KK Singh, while the closure report in another case was presented to a special court in Mumbai. The above officials said that the courts will now decide whether the report should be accepted or if the agency should be ordered.
Closer report in two separate cases
The CBI studied two separate cases. There was a case deposited by a KK Singh in the Patna police, alleging that Chakraborty of suicide and withdraw RS 15 crosses the actor’s accounts. The second case was deposited by Chakravarti in Bandra, in which the Sisters of Supering were accused of giving them medications on the basis of false prescriptions issued by a doctor from Delhi.

What is in the CBI closure report?
In the case taken before the Bandra police and later an investigation by the CBI, Riya alleged that Suver had died five days after these drugs had been incorrectly. The officials said that on the basis of experts’ opinion, the analysis of the crime site, witness declarations and medico-legal reports, the CBI has reached the conclusion that there is no evidence to prove the allegation that someone would have forced the actor to commit suicide.

Actress’s lawyer Riya Chakraborty, Satisfy Maneshinde, expressed the happiness of the CBI closure report. He appreciated the closing report and thanked the CBI for “an intensive investigation into all aspects of the case from all angles”.
Sushant died five years ago
Sushazing Singh Rajput was found suspended from the node flowing on June 14, 2020 in his apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. He was 34 years old. The Post-Mortem at Cooper Hospital concluded that the actor had died due to the suffocation.
