The best jeans of 2025 are a hybrid of two classics
As a woman who is scientifically speaking, the same height as Lady Gaga, I have always had trouble with what the jeans wear. Skinny jeans make my legs seem to suffocate and the loose jeans tend to swallow me whole. However, there is a particular type of denim cutting towards which I always gravity – even if I never knew how to call them. Part Baggy, Part Bootcut, I recently started calling them “more Slaby Jeans”, and they are almost everything I wear.
The best way to describe slacker jeans is bootcut, but not in this classic way, in the early years, years or even. On the contrary, they are calm, with a slight push – the type of jeans that is tailor -made to shoot when you are in a hurry, or throw a large brown leather jacket. Baggy boots are, in my opinion, the quintessence of casual cool. And, although they are most often associated with male fashion, women also look at killers (as I have already said, give us more men’s clothes in the size of women!)

I don’t only tear these jeans from the air. This particular cup clashed more recently on both sides of the fashion binary. Cowboy kicks that were everywhere on the fall / winter 2025 track of Louis Vuitton, to the hems of Puddling seen in the emissions of Fendi, Dsquared2 and of Friend, Spring / Summer 2025, the collections of clothes of Men’s clothing with hip collage. But they also slipped into women’s clothing. From denim to the closure of the soil at the fall / winter 2024 show from Dries Van Notten to the pre-self-self-2025 collection of Natasha Zinko, the humble flare has become so Salouky that the hem is practically under the shoe.
Fortunately, this type of Bootcut Baggy is also everywhere in the main street, if you know where to look for. My affordable personal favorites are these Bershka bootcots (size up to maximum), or the loose boots available during the week. The ultimate pair, however, is taking Eytys on the trend (if you have the room to spend) and, obviously, all kinds of Jeans for Diesel men. Large large and childish whores never look so tempting.
