The popular Pavitra Rishta and actress Marathi Priya Marath loses the fight against cancer
Actress Priya Marathe, who played Varsha in the popular television series Pritha Rishta, died of cancer at the age of 38. According to a report by the Marathi India Times, the actress lost the battle of cancer on Sunday morning.
Priya had fought for cancer for two years and breathed her last at her residence on Meera Road on Sunday morning. She is survived by her husband, actor Shantanu Moghe.

Priya has worked in many famous television series
Priya began her acting career with the Marathi series “or Sukhano or”, after which she worked in many popular marathi programs like “Char Day Sasuche”. His first role in the television industry in Hindi was in “Kasam SE” as Vidya Bali.
He obtained the most recognition of the role of “Varsha” in the famous ZEE TV program “Pritha Rishta”. In this show, he played Archana’s sister, the main character played by Ankita Lokhande. Apart from that, she was also part of many Hindi series like “Baden Achhe Lagte Hain”, “Saath Nibhana Saathiya” and “Utran”. Priya and her husband Shantanu Moghe worked together in the series “Swarajyakar Sambhaji”.
