The president of Maha Kumbh, Draupadi Murmu, dive into the Sangam
President Draupadi Murmu, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath and the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Anandiben Patel, arrived at Mahakumbh Mela on Monday in Prayagraj. He plunged into the Sangam in the middle of tight security. While reaching Prayagraj, Murmu went up on a boat with yogi and patel and fed the birds.
President Draupadi Murmu plunged into Sangam
Earlier, Governor Patel and CM Yogi welcomed the president of Prayagraj airport. Rashtrapati Bhavan said in a statement published on Sunday: “During his day visit to Prayagraj, the president will take a saint dive in Sangam, will love and visit the Akshayavat and Hanuman temple and will also visit the digital aquarius experience center.”
According to a press release from the Uttar Pradesh government, Murmu will also offer prayers in Akshayavat and the Badi Hanuman temple, with Yogi Adityanath. Sangam Ganga, Yamuna and mysterious Saraswati are the confluence of rivers.
The first president of the country, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, also took a saint dive during the Mahakumbh.
