The video became viral in which he holds a long stick. Police from Basauvehwarnagar recorded a FIR against the two under the Arms Act after a complaint from PSI Bhanu Prakash.
The incident occurred when the two made a coil video, in which Vinay Gowda has sunglasses and walks at a slow pace, holding a long ax, copying the style of the popular philosophy of the actor of Kannada. The video was downloaded from an Instagram account named Bujji and he immediately attracted attention.

After the video has become viral, Basauvehwarnagar police in Bengaluru took action and recorded a FIR against the two people. Police alleged that the video, which holds the ax in public, had created an atmosphere of fear and could potentially harm public peace and harmony. The complaint stresses that the performance of weapons in public places, in particular in a way that creates fear, is inappropriate and harmful to the good of society.
According to police, a FIR was filed on the basis of a complaint from PSI Bhanu Prakash from the Basauvehwarnagar police station, which cited violations of arms sections (U / S-25 (1b) (b) (b)) and the Indian justice code (BNS), 2023 (U / S-270, R / W3 (5)).

DCP West Bengaluru, S. confirming the arrest, Girish said that Gowda and Kishan had been publicly arrested for raped laws related to illegal performance. The police investigation also highlights the severity of the promotion of fear through such acts on social media platforms, stressing that it can cause public disorders.
This video of only 22 seconds aroused concerns among people, many people have criticized the use of dangerous articles aimed at entertainment in public circles.
