The Supreme Court gave an opinion on the request of Ashish Chanchlani against several FIRs in the latent controversy of India

The Supreme Court published an opinion on a request filed against several FIRs filed against him on Friday, February 21 by Youtuber Ashish Chanchalani for his participation in the controversial show of “India Gott”. The petition sought to connect the firsts deposited simultaneously in Guwahati and Mumbai, requesting that the case be transferred to Mumbai.
A bench of judges Suryakant and N. Kotiswar Singh issued opinions to the states of Maharashtra and Assam, labeled it with a petition posted by the co-accused youtuber Ranveer Allahabadia. The two producers were involved in the controversy during the episode, where the comments made during the program created a large resentment on social networks.

Earlier this week, Chanchalani obtained a provisional guarantee of anticipation by the High Court of Guwahati, who ordered him to appear before the investigating officer within 10 days. In this episode, YouTuber Ashish Chanchalani, Ranveer Allahabadia, Jaspreet Singh and Apoorva Makhija made sexually clear and pornographic comments, causing a tumult on social networks. After this incident, Allahabadia and the host of the show, Raina apologized publicly. Raina has also removed all the episodes of India Got the latent from his YouTube channel.
On February 10, ASSAM police recorded a FIR against five youtubers and content creators, including Chanchalani, to promote vulgarity. The FIR included numerous legal sections linked to pornographic buffoonemeries, the law on the pornographic illustration of women (prohibition) and the computer law. The FIR was filed on the basis of a complaint by Alok Borua, who alleged that the show had obscene discussions.
In addition to Assam, the Maharashtra cyber-cell and the Jaipur police also recorded cases in relation to the dispute. Chanchalani argued in his petition that the reprehensible remarks had been made by Allahabadia and had no role in the publishing or post-production of this episode.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court had previously given Allahabadia a provisional protection against arrest, whose name is also in the FIR deposited in Mumbai, Guwahati and Jaipur. The court also examines the lack of regulation on online content, due to which such incidents have occurred.
