Rohtas:- In view of the increasing threat of cervical cancer, the Health Department has taken an important step. Under the Chief Minister Girls Cancer Moving Scheme, HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) will be given to adolescent girls aged 9 to 14 years. This vaccine is very effective for preventing serious and fatal diseases like cervical cancer. The first batch of vaccine has been found in Rohtas district.


Rohtas gets the first batch of vaccine
To make this campaign a success, Rohtas district has received the first batch of 420 vaccines, while the preparations for vaccination and action plan were discussed in detail in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Civil Surgeon Dr. Maniraj Ranjan. He further told that this vaccine will help in protecting adolescent girls from serious illness and its benefits will be delivered to every eligible girl.

In the first phase, such girl students will get vaccinated
Let us tell you that the Health Department also informed that all the adolescent girls will be registered on the portal before vaccination. This process will ensure that every eligible teenager can get the vaccine on time. In the first phase of the campaign, the students of government schools will be brought under the purview of vaccination. At the same time, with the help of District Education Officer and schools, the list of girl students will be prepared and uploaded on the portal.

Special arrangements in Sadar Hospital
Explain that special arrangements have been made in Sadar Hospital for vaccination, where three special rooms have been built for this, including waiting room, vaccination room and monitoring room. After vaccination, the health of adolescent girls will be taken care of in the monitoring room, so that any kind of problem can be resolved immediately. The civil surgeon said that all possible preparations have been made to make the process of vaccination completely safe and smooth.

The vaccine is important for prevention of cancer
Under the campaign, efforts will be made through schools to include more and more adolescent girls. Also, through awareness programs, students and parents will be explained how important HPV vaccination is to prevent cervical cancer.

Civil surgeon Dr. Maniraj Ranjan said that this vaccination is very important in view of the increasing cases of serious disease like cervical cancer. This vaccine is effective in protecting adolescent girls from this disease. He further stated that the 420 vaccines available in the first phase will be delivered to the eligible adolescent girls in government schools and communities as soon as possible, and their effort is that no girl should be deprived of this benefit.
