Trump’s two big announcements, 125% shock to China, 90 days ban on tariffs increased in 75 countries
Us tariff: US President Donald Trump made two big announcements late on Wednesday night amidst the worldwide panic over the US tariff. The first announcement was to further intensify the tariff war released with China. Under which the US has increased tariffs on China to 125 percent. While Trump’s second big announcement is of 90 days discount on the cooperative countries. Trump has given 90 days discount in tariffs to about 75 countries who did not retaliate in the case of tariff. After these two big decisions of Trump, there is a tremendous bounce in the US stock market.
Trump said that many countries cooperated on the tariff. These countries did not retaliate. In such a situation, Trump has announced a reduction of 10 percent in the train on 75 countries. Trump said that tariffs will not be increased on cooperative countries. But the US has increased the tariff on the dragon by raging from China’s retaliation.
125 percent tariff on China
The tariff war between the US and China does not seem to stop. The US announced a 104 percent tariff on China. After which China also announced to increase the tariff by 85 percent. A few hours after this announcement of China, US President Donald Trump has announced to increase the tariff on Chinese goods from 104 percent to 125 percent.
In his post, Donald Trump further wrote that China will now realize that the phase of robbing other countries including America cannot run anymore.
Apart from this, Donald Trump has also announced a discount of 90 days tariffs for more than 75 countries of the world. Trump said that these countries have started negotiations on issues such as trade and currency manipulation from the US Department of Commerce, Treasury and USTR. A recipe of only 10 percent will be imposed on business with these countries for the next 90 days.
