The Journal de l’Ombre is an invitation to turn to the interior – to retrace the contours of your past, find the long -standing beliefs and sit with the emotions that you have spent. It is not a question of engaging in nostalgia or of setting rigid self-improvement objectives, it is rather a practice of an honest self-exploration. What experiences have shaped your identity? What memories still persist in the background, subtly influencing your choices? What stories about yourself are you ready to rewrite? By engaging with your Shadow Self – the parties of yourself that you judge little kind – you create a space for a deeper connection with whom you are under the packaging of the world around you.

Below, we have compiled 105 reflected shadow prompts, separated into seven sections, designed to help you untangle the limiting beliefs, navigate emotions and understand you at a deeper level. You can complete them slowly over a week, by attacking fifteen questions per day over seven days.
