The smoke point of mustard oil is high, that is, when it is more hot, its structure is bad. Mustard oil also contains omega 3 fatty acids, which is considered beneficial for both brain and heart. Mustard oil has antibacterial properties due to which it kills harmful bacteria in the stomach. Mustard oil is very good for skin and hair. It helps in relieving pain from the body. Some studies said that mustard oil may reduce the risk of stomach cancer.

Benefits of olive oil
Olive oil or olive oil also contains monunsaturated fat, which is beneficial for heart. This reduces the risk of high cholesterol in blood vessels. Olive oil also contains vitamin E which is necessary for many important functions of the body. However, most crude oil of olive oil should be used.
