Will not have to wait in AIIMS, walk on foot, this facility will get work AIIMS Electric Vehicles for Patients

The campus of All India Institute of Medical Sciences New Delhi is so big that it has to walk a lot to go from one department to another. Even in reaching the new OPD from the old OPD, the condition of the patient as well as the attendant gets worse. While patients often have to go from one department to another or to conduct checks.

Not only this, there are long lines to sit in the electric shuttles running in the hospital and the patient has to wait long. At the same time, the patients who are unable to wait, they also come from the auto running inside the campus, but they have to spend money for this. However, now patients and their families are going to get a lot of relief from both these things in AIIMS. 16 new electric shuttles, who joined the electric fleet of AIIMS, will provide big facilities to the patients.

These shuttles will provide free transport facility for patients and their families in AIIMS campus throughout the day. If an electric bus will also make an estimated 10 rounds, then all of them will make at least 160 rounds throughout the day and it will benefit thousands of patients.

Please tell that under CSR initiative, IDBI Bank has donated 16 advanced e-stars to AIIMS New Delhi. However, 3 shuttles have just been found and the remaining 13 shuttles will soon come to the hospital. The flag-off ceremony of these shuttles was done by IDBI Bank Chief General Manager Shashank Dixit and AIIMS co-chairman CSR Professor Nand Kumar.
